What I have to do if the camera test is not working?

Most of the time this problem is related to the cache files, so you should delete them and try again to enter the website.

Please be sure that once you delete your browsing data , you will have to log in to your account again.

For Google Chrome users on computer :

Go to the main Google menu and Click on the three dots in the corner of the browser window .
Click on more tools and then on clear browsing data.
Choose a date range to delete all your History.
Select "Cached images and files" and also " cookies and other site data".
Click on Clear data.

For Google Chrome browser users on mobile devices :

Click on the three dots in the Google Chrome browser on your smartphone.
On History Click on Clear Browsing Data.
Select both on "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files."
Then Click on Clear data.

If you use the iOS Safari Browser (iPhones and iPads)

Go over the settings then - safari browser sittings.
Click on Advanced - then Website Data.
Search for
Swipe left to the right, and then choose Delete
Repeat this step, but searching for " academia " and deleting the browser data for the site.

After deleting the browsing data, please log in to your account, and then try to enter the camera test, which will ask you before entering the exam. If the test does not work, you can contact us through the technical support window here.
