Is it compulsory to attend the final examination? And what are the conditions for taking the final exam and getting the certificate?

To get the certificate you will have to take the final exam, however you can still take the course and not do the exam but you will not be certified.
To take the exam you will have to attend the lectures, and to pass you will have to get at least 80% of the questions right.
