I followed all the steps to get my certificate but I haven't gotten it yet, what can be the problem?

After attending all the lectures you will test your knowledge with the final exam, if you pass the exam you’ll be able to get your certificate, if you don't, you have two more attempts that you can access in 24 hours. If you fail your three attempts you will have to wait another 24 hours to be able to try again.
