If you are facing this problem, it is due to one of the extensions which we are using in the website, to solve it all you have to do is delete the previous browsing data.



Delete your browsing data

If you sync a type of data, like history or passwords, deleting it on your computer will delete it everywhere it's synced. It'll be removed from other devices and your Google Account.

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More More.
Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
Choose a time range, (All time).
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Click Clear data.

If you sync a type of data, deleting it on your iPhone or iPad will delete it everywhere it's synced. It'll be removed from other devices and your Google Account.

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome.

Tap More More and then History History.
At the bottom, tap Clear browsing data.
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Tap Clear browsing data and then Clear browsing data.
At the top right, tap Done.

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.

Tap More More and then Settings.
Tap Privacy and security and then Clear browsing data.
Choose a time range, (All time).
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Tap Clear data.

After that, go to Al Sharq Academia website and try to login again, if that doesn't work, please contact us through the technical support window.
